In addition to high-quality base material, high-quality hot-dip galvanized channel steel relies on mature and strict production and processing technology. With the core of 12-stage manufacturing process and three-tier quality control system (drying, inspection, finishing), Shunchen Hongye strictly abides by nationally registered standards to create industry benchmark hot-dip galvanized channel steel. Its core process standards are also an important reference for industry procurement:
1. Full pretreatment process: Must go through four pretreatment processes of degreasing → pickling → water washing → drying to completely remove oil, rust and oxide scale on the steel surface, ensure the tight bonding between the zinc layer and the steel matrix, and avoid missing plating and blistering problems;
2. Precise galvanizing control: The zinc bath temperature and zinc dipping time are strictly adjusted in accordance with national standards to ensure uniform coating thickness. The zinc layer thickness of outdoor channel steel is not less than 85μm, and thickened zinc layer above 100μm can be customized for coastal high salt spray areas;
3. Upgraded passivation process: Passivation treatment is carried out immediately after galvanizing. High-quality products need to go through at least two passivation processes. The triple passivation process of Shunchen Hongye is the industry upgrade standard, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance;
4. Subsequent finishing and inspection: After galvanizing and passivation, cooling, straightening and cutting are carried out to remove burrs and flashes, and then strict quality inspection is carried out, including coating adhesion test, dimensional accuracy test, and corrosion resistance sampling inspection, to ensure that each channel steel has accurate dimensions and up-to-standard quality.
