1. Product Overview

Welded rebar mesh, also known as welded steel reinforcement mesh, is manufactured by fully automatic digital high-frequency resistance welding production lines. It mainly includes three mainstream types: cold drawn plain welded mesh, CRB550 cold rolled ribbed welded mesh, and HRB400 hot rolled ribbed welded mesh.

All longitudinal and transverse steel bar intersections are precisely spot-welded, featuring uniform grid spacing, high flatness and strong shear resistance of welding joints. It can completely replace manually bound steel bars on construction sites, serving as standardized building materials for crack resistance and structural reinforcement in residential construction, municipal roads & bridges, water conservancy projects and prefabricated buildings.

We can customize wire diameter, grid spacing, mesh panel length and width as required, with surface treatments including anti-rust oil coating, electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing. Our products comply with Chinese, American, European, Japanese and other international standards. Each batch can be supplied with mill test certificates and third-party SGS mechanical inspection reports, meeting the requirements of project acceptance and export customs clearance worldwide.
