The Large Diameter Spiral Pipe for Dredging is manufactured using state-of-the-art spiral submerged arc welding (SSAW) technology. This process creates a continuous, uniform weld seam along the helix of the pipe, resulting in a product with excellent dimensional accuracy, balanced stress distribution, and superior overall strength compared to longitudinally welded alternatives. The spiral weld design inherently provides greater flexibility and resistance to cracking under dynamic loads and ground settlement, which are common concerns in dredging and marine environments.
